Last time: The Pontiff met Franz and Constanzia before their return to the Empire.

I always think the Pontiff is like a little malevolent tortoise peering out of his shell.

News: Next Saturday is the Thing! I’m very excited about this convention – it’s the biggest small press event around these parts and always good fun. I’m also very excited because of this:

Yes – Chapter 3 has finally arrived and I have lovingly caressed its glossy cover. It will be on sale in my relaunched shop from next Sunday as well as at the Thing on Saturday. I’m really pleased with the way it looks – 28 full-colour pages in all, including 10 pages of extras. I aim to have every Tozo comic bigger than the last.

Also on display are some stickers made for the Dino-Saw-Us game. If you’re coming to the Thing, you can get a sticker passport for free and collect a load of stickers from participating table-holders – a great way to get to know people plus STICKERS! Who doesn’t like them? More details (and links to comic people taking part) here.

This year I’m sharing my table with Mr WJC – I can’t wait to see what he’s going to be selling, but I’ve no doubt it will be great (ETA: he’s also having an original art sale right now)! I suspect all my cash will taking a short walk sideways. Take a look at all the other exhibitors at this year’s Thing at the eye-wateringly awful website here.

Another peak at Chapter 3 to finish:

Excellent! Congrats! I’ll be ordering at least a few copies!

Also, if you keep going bigger, I’m eagerly anticipating your first 80-Page Giant! :)

  2. Tozo

Great – I’m sure we can do a deal there! 80 pages? Yikes – though I have thought about doing a collection of Chapters 1-5 which would be around 150 pages. We’ll see.

    Would love a collection. :)

    Have fun at the Thing!

Thanks! I’m really looking forward to it!
